CBYD begins new damage reporting process.
Call Before You Dig has begun implementing a new web-based incident reporting tool, DamageAccess. Paper or PDF Excavator Incident Report Forms will not be accepted by CBYD for damage incidents that occur after Dec. 31, 2017, and must be submitted online via DamageAccess. View Announcement.


    UCAC is proud to announce that classes required for a P6 journeyman license will be available at the CEC as of September 2011. This course work is needed, along with On the Job Training, to meet the standards to take the Contractor's P7 test. To review P6 curriculum, visit

Additional Programs and Classes

UCAC and the Construction Education Center (CEC) in Rocky Hill, CT have an Affinity Agreement that offers a full range of classes and courses for the construction industry.

UCAC members will receive a discount whether they are attending an OSHA-10 course, Trenching & Excavation, Confined Space, Supervisory Training, Blueprint Reading, or Estimating at a CEC class. Customized classes are also available upon request, such as computer training or compliance with Prevailing Wage.
